MARBLE CAKE GEBU LEMBUT

Dah hampir give up dengan oven baru kecik brand Cornell ni..

Hari ni paksa diri utk test oven lagi.. Kita try buat Marble Cake lah. Cari resipi di blog Mamafami.. Memang awesome lembut & sedap kek ni.. Alhamdulillah..!! Padan muka sebelum ni sbb tak dengar kata Mamafami. Lower the oven temperature & guna api atas bawah.. Yes, Alhamdulillah hari ni kek cantik..!!

SOFT MARBLE CAKE

Ingredients :

8oz butter (i used Planta Margarine)
4 tablespoons condensed milk (I used SAJI brand)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
6 eggs (separate the egg whites and yolks)
5oz castor sugar
6oz flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Method :


1. Cream butter, condensed milk and vanilla essence. Set aside.

2. Beat the egg whites to soft peaks. Lower the mixer's speed and add sugar a little at a time till finish.

3. Add egg yolk one at a time. Continue beating.

4. Add in the butter mixture into the egg mixture. Mix well.

5. Cut and fold flour into the batter. Divide the batter into two portions. Add cocoa powder into one portion and leave the other as it is.

6. Line the base of the baking tin with a greaseproof paper. Grease with a bit of margarine on the base as well as the sides. 

7. Spoon 2 tablespoons of plain mixture onto the centre of the tin. Top it with 2 tablespoons of cocoa mixture. Repeat this about 4 times. Then spoon only 1 tablespoon of each mixture till done.

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 40 minutes or till a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove the tin from the oven. Let it cool for 5 minutes before removing the cake to cool on a wire rack.

Sila cuba tau.. Madam Kitchen ni cuma tambah sikit Sunquick utk adunan yg plain tu.. Jadilah MARBLE CAKE ORANGE CHOCOLATE hehehee sodapp you..

CHICKEN ENCHILADAS.. MENU CEPAT SIAP..

2 hari semalam & kemarin menggosok baju 2 bakul besar penuh, campur2 baju anak2 balik school trip 4 hari.. Petang semalam memang lunyai malas nak masak, kesian pulak anak2 puasa. They love cheese so apa lagi moh la kita men-ENCHILADAS aje..

ASSALAMUALAIKUM & SALAM SEJAHTERA.. Happy & healthy always uolss..


Tadaaaaa cheezyyyyy gitu.. Memang senaaangg apalagi dgn Pemanggang Ajaib ni..


Tumis 1/2 bawang besar utk masak filling.. Masukkan minced chicken Ramly peket kexik, brp gram ekk.. 400gm kot. Masukkan jgk 1/4 diced capsicum + 1-2 sudu besar Enchiladas Spice Mix beli siap dari Jaya Grocer/Cold Storage kot. Spice mix boleh je ganti dgn campuran Oregano/Rosmary dgn rempah kari/kurma dll ikut suka asal janji ayam tu ada perasa takde lah kosong aje. Garam gula jgn lupa sbb Spice Mix dah ada garam gula. Masak sampai masak hehe.. Angkat dulu letak dlm bowl. Haaa lupa nak mention, kalau ada leftover satay, ayam bakar, KFC dll boleh je guna sebagai filling nya..


Tumis lagi 1/2 bawang besar dgn 1/4 capsicum..


Masukkan secawan Sos Tradisional Prego atau Sos Tomato.. Suaikan garam gula ikut suka. Boleh tambah Oregano. Keluarkan separuh.


Ayam filling digulung dlm Wrap/Tortilla..


Susun dlm Pemanggang Ajaib. Sos Tomato/Tradisional tu spreadkan aje atas susunan Wrap tu.


Tabur Mozarella Cheese ikut lah banyak mana.. Panaskan hingga cheese tu melt..


Rumah ni memang kena ada Pickled Cucumber & seangkatannya.. Memang sedaappp makan bersama2 + Hot Sauce..!! Selamat Mencuba (•_•)

KASTELLET, COPENHAGEN, DENMARK - SELF DRIVE HOLIDAY..

Bila boring mulalah membelek foto2 dalam hard disk..

Assalamualaikum & Salam Sejahtera.. Happy & healthy always ya uolss...

Teringat trip ke Denmark, Norway & Sweden pada Summer 2013 dulu.. Alhamdulillah semuanya dipermudahkan.. Berdebar jugak nak memandu di negara Scandinavia ni tapi cekalkan hati sebab niat nak menikmati keindahan ciptaan Ilahi.. Sampai je Backpackers Hostel di Compenhagen, letak bag2 terus drive to Kastellet.. Antara attractions yg top di sana... Layan aje foto2 ni.. Though cuaca agak muram tapi tempatnya memang awesome..

Kastellet, (English: The Citadel) located in Copenhagen, Denmark, is one of the best preserved star fortresses in Northern Europe. It is constructed in the form of a pentagram with bastions at its corners. Kastellet was continuous with the ring of bastioned ramparts which used to encircle Copenhagen but of which only the ramparts of Christianshavn remain today.

A number of buildings are located within the grounds of Kastellet, including a church as well as a windmill. The area houses various military activities but it mainly serves as a public park and a historic site.

LOBSTER PORRIDGE

Yezzaaa.. Lobster..

ASSALAMUALAIKUM & SALAM SEJAHTERA.. Moga sentiasa sihat, dilindungi & dirahmati Allah.. 


LOBSTER PORRIDGE (Vietnam style lah) in da houz.. Copypaste dari IG, tak sempat nak karang panjang2 dah.. Lobster ni hubby tangkap sendiri, pastu Madam Kitchen kena masak sendiri. Satu lobster dia tangkap sebelum puasa, tak sempat masak. Satu lagi lobster dia dapat Sabtu baru ni. Madam Kitchen ingat nak masak style lain tapi dia nak jugak LOBSTER PORRIDGE tu..

Rasanya kenangan lama mengusik jiwa. Yes once upon a time in Ho Chi Minh City, dia belanja masa bday dia lah (bday kita pon dia belanja wahahaha).. Maybe oso rasa guilty sbb kadang dpt pi makan dgn company @ one famous seafood restaurant kat sana. Masuk kedai, duduk nak amik order, waiter Vietnam panggil Chef. Rupanya tak reti speaking. Chef datang mai tunjuk HARGA MENU.. Semangkuk Lobster Porridge tu mahai, dia kata.
.
Rasa nak je balik tapi sbb malas lagipon aboy yg baru setahun sgt behave, hubby kata YES I KNOW sbb dia tau. Itu lah menu yg hubby nak bagi rasa. Lepas tu mcm fobia nak makan kt tempat mahai. Cukup lah Secret Recipe, Pizza, Nandos kat sini. Hat kat KL tu pon mmg cheq tak fasih kedai mahai2..

Jadi agaknya bila dapat je Lobster, mmg sah2 kena masak hat ni.. Mula masak periuk besar, pastu tak muat kena transfer masuk periuk kukus.. 2 lobster you..!!! Alhamdulillah..

Ok ni lah resipi campak buangnya..

Bahan-bahan:- 
1 cawan beras, dimasak dulu dgn 6 cawan air
8 garlic dicincang halus, masuk sama dlm periuk
1 carrot potong dadu, saiz suka hati, masuk periuk

Bila beras dah pecah (3/4 masak) baru masukkan Lobster. 

Tambahkan:-
2 sudu besar Sos Tiram
1 sudu kecil Minyak Bijan
1/2 sudu teh Sos Ikan
Garam Gula secukup rasa
Kiub Ayam kalau suka
Daun Sup cincang
Bawang Goreng kalau suka (tadi lupa)

Masakkan lah bubur hingga semasak yg disukai..

Pesanan penaja, ni resipi campak buang saya. Mohon tolong lah suaikan rasa ikut citara memasing ya hehe.

SALAM AIDILFITRI

1 Syawal, beraya dari pagi. Ramadhan berlalu pergi. Moga amalan semua diterima Ilahi. 

Abaikan foto besar kecik, nanti jumpa laptop baru edit. Hahaaa..

Thats Tokde Nah, tetiba ada dalam foto hahaha, she's sweet. Alhamdulillah still healthy melayan anak sedara, cucu cicit piut yg datang beraya..


Chocolate Cake.. Testing new small oven. Alhamdulillah ok tapi nak kena cabut bulb nanti, cake naik senget becoz of the heat rasanya.

Me no like masak2 for Raya, prefer baking cakes & cleaning the kitchen, the house dll daripada memasak..

Layan aje my cousins yg mmg sama2 kaki makan. Me eldest cucu so cousins all young2 ones make me become rasa young2 oso wahahaaaa..


Apam Beras with Special Rendang. Raya je dapat makan ni kat rumah Tok Amnah hahaaaa..


Last but not least to Kampung Benta, Pekan.. Almost the same menu ie Apam Beras.

Lama betul tak visit tok2 di sini. Alhamdulillah this year..


This house mmg awesome, mengadap Sungai Pahang. Sadly orang mai gali pasir sungai sesuka hati. Sampai terjadinya benteng pasir di tengah sungai.

LEFTOVER FOOD (#dontwastefood)

Bulan Ramadhan ni kalau food utk Sahur & Iftar tak habis, alaaa hai seksa rasa nak buang kan.. Marilah menggembeleng idea utk recycle leftover makanan kat rumah kita..  

ASSALAMUALAIKUM & SALAM SEJAHTERA.. 

Moga sentiasa sihat, dilindungi & dirahmati Allah.. 


Alhamdulillah bebudak ni dah terbiasa makan leftover food yg ditambahbaik rupa & rasa. MEE REBUS ni (agaknya lah kalau tak MEE BANDUNG kot) kalau berbaki, simpan terus dlm fridge kalau nak makan dlm sehari dua. Kalau nak makan lambat lagi, terus ke freezer ya. Selalunya kalau tak makan semula dgn mee, saya pekatkan kuahnya & kendian pecah telur ala poached egg, cicah dfn roti.. Mmg yummehh.


Asal ada Ayam Bakar, Satay, Ayam Goreng lebih, buatkan Sandwich @ Subway ala2, letak timun, salad, salami, cheese + berjenis2 sos kesukaan.. Mmg sedaappp dari kedai2 tersohor..


Meatball leftover dari meal ala2 Ikea, tumiskan garlic & jadikan sup boleh makan dgn apa jenis mee. Macam Bakso pon ya kan. 


Leftover Keropok Lekor Cheese. Halus kecik je cheese dlm tu, makan dgn Sos Keropok.. Ada balance sikit lagi, amoy ni sagat lagi cheese masuk microwave.. Tak cukup lah pulak..


Brownies hangus..!! Testing oven baru tp oven kecik je.. Buang bahagian keras & hangit, potong kecik2.. Makan dgn pisang, Chocolate Ice Cream & Chocolate Sauce.. Yummeehhh ya amat.. Alhamdulillah..

SAGU MERAH YG AWESOME..

Dah 16 Ramadhan.. Kejap je masa berlalu.. Moga Ramadhan kali ini akan menambahkan keimanan kita semua..

Moga kita terus memperbanyakkan amal ibadat pd bulan yg mulia ini..

Tadaaaa.. Masak sekali tapi boleh makan dua kali.. Sagu Merah dgn Kelapa Parut & Sagu Merah Gula Melaka+Susu Cair..

Bulan posa ni lah baru terkial2 rajinkan diri buat kuih tradisional. Kalau bulan lain mcm takde makna hahaa.. Malas pi PARAM so mmg kena lah cari jalan utk buat desert utk kelorga tercinta. Sagu Merah mmg favourite..


Buku Resipi Sains Rumah Tangga masa Form 3 yg sangat legend.. Berlipat2 & lonyer dah buku ni tapi tetap kesayangan.. Buku yg sama2 merantau ke Vietnam sejak 1997 tatkala kesusahan membeli kuih muih tradisi..  


Resipi Sagu Merah mmg saya ikut buku ni. Suka buku ni sbb portion sikit cukup utk family kami.
